Music Cover Vlogs

Hey you guys, I just wanted to thank everyone for being so patient with me about this because I know I keep talking about how I'm gonna shoot these music cover vids and put them up on here for y'all and I'm working on it, but I just want them to be perfect before I post them. I know it gets annoying to hear how I'm gonna do it later and it keeps getting put off.

Here's the thing: every time I intend to do it, the reason I keep putting it off is because I either can't get it the way I want it and have to keep reshooting OR someone calls/texts me in the middle of my vid.

Also, for the past few days, we've been having some renovations done for our home. We got floor vents installed in all of the rooms, and we got our central heating air unit installed today. I didn't try to film the past couple days because, for one, it was REALLY noisey, and for another, I'm not comfortable with singing in front of them or playing guitar with them around.

Again, I just wanna thank you guys for being so patient and I promise I'll get them made and posted, if not this week, then by this weekend.

Also, I just wanna say that I have my "Sweet 16" (My Gathering) Friday, and then Twitch is staying all weekend, so there'll be, like, a shitload of vids on my Bored Blog, and if I have time, I'll do at least 2 or 3 covers. If not, I'll definately have them up by next weekend.

Child's Play 3

Okay, this is starting to get redundant as hell, but I'm still hangin' in there for you guys. Appreciate me, bitches!!

Here's what I thought:

1. Andy got really sexy
2. He kinda looked like a lesbian
3. The red team was full of dipshits
4. The asshole who's name I can't remember was an asshole
5. The hairdresser guy was a pedophile
6. Andy whoopin' Chuckie's ass was hilarious
7. Chuckie either needs to die or he needs to find a f***in' body
8. The whole movie was way too predictable
9. It was the same as the last two movies
10. WHY the f*** was Andy in Military School?!

And that's what I thought about the movie.

House of Wax

Okay, Twitch stayed with me and we watched this movie.

It's impossible to take it seriously being that it has Paris Hilton in it. After she dies, it gets kinda freaky, but mostly, it was pretty funny.

Child's Play 1 & 2

I just wanna say, there's nothing scary about "incarnation" especially when you come back as a doll. Mostly, these movies just made me laugh. But the 6-year-old kid was adorable!!

I'm watchin the 3rd tonight.

In the first, the kid wants a Good Guys doll. Mom couldn't afford it, so she bought it from some guy on the street. The one she got - unknowingly - was possessed by the soul of a serial killer. They ended up thinkin they killed it.

In the second, the detectives had it put back together so it was alive again and went after the kid, but his foster sister saved him and they again thought they killed it. Obviously, they didn't since there are 3 more movies.

The Haunting of Molly Hartley

Okay, so I just watched this movie last night. The girl was born dead and some weird lady came in and said that she would live but after 18 years, her soul would belong to the devil. Molly was never told of this til the day before her 18th birthday.

Her mom was locked up in an insane assylum for trying to kill her by stabbing her in the chest with a pair of scissors. She ended up escaping and going back to try to kill her because she was convinced that it was the only way to save Molly's soul.

Molly is mildly schitzophrenic and has occasional hallucinations. She thought at first that whatever mental disease her mom had was genetic and that she was going insane too. When her mom told her about the devil owning her soul, she attempted to commit suicide several times, but it wouldn't work. She had tried getting baptised before that so she could be protected by God, but the little goody bitch from her class that was baptising her tried to drown her in the baptism water-pool-thingy.

All in all, the movie is alright. It wasn't as "scary" as I'd expected it to be, but it's got a couple parts that aren't scary but still make you jump.

The only thing I didn't like about it was the ending because it was completely random and didn't make since. But y'all should watch it anyways. Maybe someone would be able to explain the ending to me a little better...

P2 (for real)

Okay...this movie was just weird. It's mostly given away in the preview. It's just bloody.

My Apology, Accepted, and Step Brothers

I'm watching Accepted for about the zillionth time. I'll watch P2 for you guys later.

Basically, this movie has Justin Long, Blake Lively, and Jonah Hill. It's not exactly something I can describe...so I'll just copy what the TV Guide says.

"After trying and failing to get into college, a high-school senior and his friends fool parents and peers by creating their own university."

That just makes it sound lame...basically, yeah that's what it is, but it's funny as crap.

The first time I watched it, I thought it was stupid. Then I watched it like 5 more times and I like it :)

A movie that I genuinely hat no matter how many times I watch it is Step Brothers. I wanted to see it for a long time and then when I finally did, I couldn't watch it all the way through. It was too stupid. I watched it again to try to finish it. Couldn't. I forced myself to sit thru it and pay attention to every detail the third time. I swear I could hear my brain cells frying.

P2

The Preview: Workaholic girl, Angela, goes down to parking garage, level P2, and her car won't start. She has no cell phone signal and they lock up, not knowing she's still inside. Then some guy is there. He takes care of her at first. He's been watching her for awhile and has a crush on her...kinda...then he becomes obsessed and tries to kill her.

Let's watch it!! It sounds retarded!!

Deadline

This is a Brittany Murphey movie...she's like a workaholic writer with a psychotic ex who just got outta jail and she moved into this secluded house so that she would be able to work and have some quiet for it. Then she finds out the house is haunted. I'm watchin it now, so I'll tell y'all more when it's over.

Okay, so I just finished watching the movie. It's REALLY good!! And y'all know how picky I am about my movies.

So, here's the deal: She moved into this haunted house thing because her girlfriend, Becca, (yes, she's gay.) is going to New York for a business trip thing. So she'll be there only for a week. Well, she finds these movies that this guy David (the guy who lived in the house before her) and Lucy (the guy's wife that dies in the house) had taped. Well, actually, David taped them. He was "documenting" Lucy's pregnancy.

Well, Lucy's ghost haunts the house because David ended up killing her because he thought she cheated on him. And he thought the baby wasn't his, so he tried to drown her in the bathtub, then buried her in the yard in a shallow grave.

Her spirit comes to Alice (Brittany Murphy's character) as a warning. WATCH THE MOVIE!!

**SPOILER ALERT**

David had attempted suicide, but his mom came in and saved him. After she died, he moved back into the house, and lived there ever since. Then he thought that Alice was Lucy. He tried to drown her in the bathtub, but Lucy's spirit saved her. David saw the ghost, got scared, and fell backwards off the stairs. Then Becca got there and took care of Alice.

Also, as it turns out, everything that had happened to Lucy had happened to Alice with Ben (the psycho ex) and he called her to apologize and he cried and told her that he would let her go and that she was free.

Then at the end, Alice wrote a screenplay about the whole thing.

Grace

This movie was...bizarre. I did NOT need to see some old post-menopause women show off her boobs. THAT was disgusting.

So, the deal with this movie is that the woman, Madeline, who's like a total MILF starts having weird chest pains while she's pregnant then her husband, Michael, rushes her to the hospital (she HATES hospitals and she's a complete health freak with like food and stuff) and they have some serious malpractice crap going on. But the midwife shows up, Patricia, and I swear she has some kinda lesbo crush on Madeline.

Anyways, Patricia pitches a bitch fit at the doctors, then everything is fine and Madeline and Michael are on the way home, when some asshole cut them off on the road and the airbag had a delayed reaction so about 5 minutes afterwards everything was fine again but the airbag deployed in Michael's face when he was driving. So he swerved off the road and hit a tree. He died, but Madeline, from the looks of it, had like a placental eruption (they didn't say what happened) and was bleeding ALOT. And she's anemic.

So, some guy found them and called Patricia and Madeline got taken care of, but the baby, Grace, was stillborn. But Madeline was gonna nurse her and Patricia told her she can't will a baby back to life. But like the second she said that, Grace was alive and healthy and crap.

But it gets weird because eventually every time Madeline tried to feed Grace, Grace would go until she drew blood and that seems REALLY painful...but like the baby would only drink blood and her mom's was the only one she could live on cuz everything else made her start puking and falling apart and junk.

But Grace kinda falls apart anyway....her hair started falling out and she had this rash and smelled like she needed to be changed but she was clean, and she bled in the bath from the rash.

Well, Patricia's assisstant wouldn't let her talk to Patricia and kept making excuses and crap why she couldn't and told Patricia it was someone else on the phone. I think she was jealous...anyway the old woman (she's not OLD old but she was Michael's mom) had the doctor go to Madeline's house cuz she thought that there was something mentally wrong with Madeline.

Then Madeline killed him and used his blood to feed her baby. And the old woman showed up (her name is Vivian by the way) because the doctor wouldn't answer his phone and she finds his dead body in the bathroom and crap then she tried to kill Madeline but Madeline got HER and then Patricia showed up and got Grace and Madeline, took care of Madeline so that she wasn't hurt anymore, and they left in a trailer home.

The whole movie is given away by the preview.

Scary Movie Marathon!!

I have iControl. Therefore, I have a zillion scary movies on demand. In order to get in the mood for Halloween, iControl has a Halloween Moviethon for the whole month of October. That means ALL of the Child's Play movies (including the Bride of Chuckie and the Seed of Chuckie) AND all of the Halloween movies (including the original), and all of the Friday the 13th movies (including the original) and all of the Saw movies IN order from the first through the last up to this point, AND all of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies up to this point starting with the original and going up through the 2010 remake. PLUS a bunch of scary movies you've probably never heard of. And I'm gonna watch the whole marathon and share it with YOU guys. Complete with my opinions, me making fun of the lame parts, and the parts that actually made me about piss myself (which is very rare being that slasher films aren't very "realistic").

I Finished Candyman!!

To be honest...I feel like that was a waste of my life. It didn't keep my attention at all. It also seemed kinda racist. I mean, just about every black person in the movie was a gang-banger and the only one who WASN'T was the chick's sidekick. It was kinda disappointing.

Candyman (post 2) **Spoiler alert**

So, I'm most of the way through this movie now...The guy playing the actual Candyman...usually the slasher guys are deranged white people with like...some kind of facial deformity or something. This guy is black. With a low whispery voice. And he's not intimidating. He's on the next "scary" level up from Chuckie. The kinda "scary" that makes you giggle.

I am NOT racist. I make occasional mildly racist JOKES but they aren't to be taken seriously. I love my black and Asian friends. My Youth Pastor is Asian :)

Candyman

So, I'm watching this movie right now. Normally I don't like those kinda movies - the ones from the 70s and 80s - but I DO like the horror flicks. Plus this girl is kinda cute.

When I say cute, I mean that she's funny and adorable. Not in a lesbian way.

I'm "bi-curious" as Jessica put it. What I am is that I like girls occasionally but I won't date a girl except maybe one or two who I've liked. Too much drama. I WILL do stuff with chick friends of mine, but that's just for fun and it's playful. It doesn't MEAN anything.

This movie is really cliche...it's like...one of those "If you look in the mirror and say his name 3 times, he'll appear behind you and KILL you." kinda things. Overused. But the girl I think is a journalist. And she's too curious for her own good. I'd be scared to do the crap she does, so I'll give her Kudos for that. She's gorgeous. I'll give her Kudos for that, too.

This movie doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I'll post again when it's over.

Intro

Okay, I'm making this blog for two reasons.

(1) I play guitar, so it's to help keep up with what songs I know, song lyrics, and guitar tab/chords
(2) MY reviews on movies and actors. I'm picky.

I learned Slide by Goo Goo Dolls today. It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Pretty fun too :) I love that song.

For those like my mother who think that Goo Goo Dolls and THE Goo-Goo Dolls are the same group, you're WRONG. Goo Goo Dolls is a pop-rock kinda genre by a modern day GUY band. The Goo-Goo Dolls is a GIRL group from the 80s. In simpler terms, Goo Goo Dolls are awesome. The Goo-Goo Dolls suck. Just saying.
